Overview

A well-established and leading HV infrastructure business, delivering significant energy projects across Australia, is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their Brisbane-based commercial and procurement team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to projects at the forefront of the energy transition.

Base pay range

A$120,000.00/yr - A$145,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the drafting, reviewing, and coordination of contracts related to EPC, supplier, and subcontractor agreements
  • Collaborating closely with legal and project teams to ensure contracts are compliant and risks are managed effectively
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders and acting as a primary point of contact for contract-related queries
  • Tracking deliverables, timelines, and preparing reports on contract performance
  • Supporting adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the contract lifecycle
Qualifications
  • A minimum of three years' experience in contract administration, preferably within the energy, infrastructure, or related sectors
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management capabilities
  • Experience with EPC contracts and commercial procurement practices is highly advantageous
  • The ability to work collaboratively and solve problems effectively in a dynamic project environment
  • Salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 plus superannuation
  • Office-based role in Brisbane with limited site travel
