FRAZER ELECTRICAL GROUP are looking to hire a highly motivated Quoting & Sales person to join our growing team

We are dedicated to providing the highest industry standards in sustainable energy solutions to our customers and take pride in our high quality workmanship.

We do a range of Residential and Commercial Solar Installations across Greater Sydney. We strive to adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for our team, and provide quality assurance to all customers.

About The Role:

As our Quoting & Sales Person, you'll be the go-to person for all incoming client enquiries. You'll scope out the job, prepare the quote, build strong relationships, and seal the deal.

We've got a consistent stream of quality leads coming in through marketing, Google, referrals, and loyal repeat customers. Your job is to convert those leads into successful, profitable projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend booked client leads and scope a range of residential works (switchboards, lighting, EV chargers, renovations, fault finding, compliance, solar, batteries, etc.)

  • Prepare and submit accurate, profitable quotes on-site with client

  • Liaise with scheduling/admin and operations to ensure smooth delivery

  • Provide regular feedback to the Managing Director on performance, lead flow, trends, and commercial wins/losses

  • Stay on top of key targets turning quotes into jobs, keeping turnaround times sharp, and making sure projects stay profitable.

About You:

  • Former electrician, or someone with strong knowledge of residential electrical work

  • Has a general idea about quoting

  • You know how to walk into a home, assess the job, and have the right conversation

  • You're comfortable talking numbers and can confidently chat about pricing with a focus on keeping jobs profitable.

  • You're professional, polished, and reliable with excellent communication

  • Preferably have an electrical license, to attend job sites

  • Hold's a NSW drivers license
