The Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our fencing and landscaping projects are well-planned, organised, and delivered on time. You will be responsible for project administration, coordinating with clients, suppliers, and contractors, and providing support to management in decision-making and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer fencing and landscaping projects from the planning stage right through to completion
- Develop, review, and manage project contracts, quotations, and variations.
- Respond to client and contractor inquiries and resolve project-related issues.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Prepare and check job quotes, work schedules, and progress updates for the team and our clients.
- Keep track of fencing and landscaping projects, including timelines, costs, and progress, and regularly update management on any issues or changes.
- Oversee contractors and installation teams to ensure work is completed to quality and safety standards and report any variations or issues to management for review.
- Gather and analyse project data on costs, timelines, and completion outcomes to support management in evaluating project performance
- Advise and support senior management on project progress, operational issues, and any matters affecting the delivery of fencing and landscaping projects.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Project Management or Business, is preferred.
- At least two years of work experience in project administration, project coordination, or a similar role, preferably in fencing, landscaping, or related fields.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively with contractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Attention to detail with strong reporting and documentation skills.
