Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent
  • Min. 5 years of experience or above in Interior Design Fit-Out / Reinstatement Work field
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English with good communication & presentation skills. Knowledge of Cantonese / Mandarin is a plus
  • Well organized, independent & able to work under pressure, multi-task, time management, meet deadlines
  • Good computer knowledge in AutoCad, PhotoShop, Illustrator, 3DS Max & Hand-drafting

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordination & handling of the companies local projects by working closely with the HQ team in Hong Kong
  • Preparation and review of full set construction drawings, project tenders, quotations & contracts with internal team
  • Liaise with both Internal (Project & Design Team / Production Facilities & Factories) and External parties (Clients / Sub-contractors / Landlords)
  • Assist with local fixture & material sourcing per project requirements
  • Monitor the project progress and on-site workmanship to meet the schedule and quality and prepare progress and completion reports
  • Travelling for business trips around Australia may be required

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
