We now have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as a Team Leader based at our Nambucca Headsoffice.
The Role - A Day in the Life of a Team Leader Employment
As a Team Leader you will bring with you your strong leadership skills and will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager to provide supervision and support to the Workforce Australia staff. You will empower and motivate your team to meet individual and team job placement key performance indicators, while ensuring compliance to regulations and rules as set by the Workforce Australia Services DEED.
In addition to leading your team, you will also manage your own caseload and work towards achieving both your individual and team KPIs—balancing leadership with hands-on support for our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities will include;
- Managing the team and overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth operations
- Managing a caseload of vulnerable customers to assist them to overcome barriers to employment.
- Empower and motivate your team to meet individual and team job placement objectives
- Compliance with regulations and rules set by the Workforce Australia Services DEED
Criteria for Success
- Demonstrate a track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets
- Strong community awareness including family services, community resources, and vocational training in your local area
- A recent, clear National Police check
- A current QLD Blue Card
