Specifically, your roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Handling food preparation based on the chef's instructions, which includes tasks such as washing, cutting and peeling
• Preparing various types of sushi and hot food dishes
• Maintaining kitchen hygiene
• Checking pantry supplies
• Stocking up ingredients
• Ensuring a smooth and speedy kitchen operations Customer Service (Front of House) Team Member Our customer service attendants are responsible for delivering high standards of customer service to our customers. Specifically, your roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Greeting guests with a friendly and respectful manner
• Setting tables
• Serving food and beverages
• Informing the kitchen staff of any allergies, food requirements, complaints or changes to orders
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant
• Maintaining a comfortable dining environment Skills and Experience:
• Previous hospitality experience is great, however not essential
• Willing to work hard and have a positive attitude
