About the role
- Hybrid and remote working arrangements available
- 0.8FTE – 1.0FTE (flexible work arrangements available)
- Fixed term to June 2027 (with potential for renewal)
- $102,303 – $107, % super + 17.5% annual leave loading + 5 additional days health/wellbeing leave
Working within the Innovation Directorate, this Project Lead role will oversee and deliver the LGBTIQA+ framework prevention project to build the evidence base for the organization to continue its work in the primary prevention of violence against women and LGBTIQA+ communities. Lead and deliver on all aspects of the project management cycle, including project planning, budgeting, resource identification, stakeholder and partnership management, implementation, contract management, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
About you
You are an experienced project manager who can oversee and lead all elements of the project management cycle. You will have an eye for detail, sophisticated communications skills and confidence in engaging a broad range of stakeholders from different settings. You will be able to work independently and will maintain strong and productive relationships with the project partner, advisory groups and funders. You will have knowledge of the prevention of violence against women and LGBTQIA+ communities and, an understanding of cultural and policy change in organisations in relation to gender equality.
