Positions Available:

1. Front Office (Casual Roles)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high level of customer service, demonstrate an exceptional phone manner when taking bookings and liaising with guests.
  • Be the face of the hotel As the first point of contact, your service will set the standard for the entire stay.
  • Career progression opportunities are available for people who demonstrate an outstanding attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience, Skills, and Attributes:

  • Confidence in managing front desk duties, check in and check out procedures and professional phone manner
  • Conflict resolution and maintaining a professional approach to guest management.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Attention to detail and effective time management.

2. Food & Beverage Attendants (Casual & Full-Time Roles)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding service to our guests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist in setting up and clearing dining areas, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere.
  • Take orders and deliver food and beverages with a friendly demeanour.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Experience, Skills, and Attributes:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • RSA and food handlers certificate required
