Redcape Hospitality is seeking a passionate, caring, people-centric hospitality professional to join the Figtree Hotel Team as as one of our Pokies Attendants. Assisting our Gaming Leadership Team to successfully operate the Hotel's gaming related operations in a hands-on, front of house role.

Duties and Responsibilities

Supporting your Gaming Leadership Team with day-to-day operational requirements, your main responsibilities will include

  • Working alongside a cohesive team as we strive to offer an outstanding customer experience
  • Ensuring our exceptional venue standards are met in regard to venue cleanliness and presentation
  • Utilising problem-solving opportunities to foster a positive working environment
  • Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours.

  • Possess a current/valid RSA, RSG & ARCG (or a willingness to obtain)
  • Previous experience is preferred but not a mandatory requirement.
