Content, Data and Library Manager

Our client, the Australian Steel Institute (ASI), is Australia's peak body representing the steel supply chain from manufacturing through to end users. It is a member-based organisation and is looking for a talented Content, Data and Library Manager to join their team.
The focus of the role is the professional delivery of website and library services to ASI's team and members.
Your key role responsibilities will include:
· Administering the organisation's content management system (Kentico CMS) - including website and all related back-end systems
· Supporting the internal team in coordinating, collating and creating articles and associated content for the website and EDM campaigns
· Keeping the website current by maintaining product data and listings, setting up events, and creating new pages and news items
· Maintenance of the organisation's library database and resources (both eLibrary and small physical library), and acquisition of new materials
· Responding to eLibrary requests, and providing library services including subject searches, loans and initial handling of technical enquiries
· Supervision of the organisation's bookshop – including stock management, eBooks, and subscriptions
· Supporting the publication of industry journals and the organisation's new or revised books including editing, formatting, and proofreading
To be successful in his role you will ideally have:
· Strong Microsoft 365, website and database management skills
· Demonstrated experience in using Content Management Systems, ideally with experience of Kentico
· Experience in a similar role ideally with an emphasis on technical or engineering subject matter
· A related marketing or library qualification, but this is not essential
· Excellent administrative, planning and communication skills
· A highly professional and pro-active approach and a strong attention to detail
· High levels of self-motivation
· A high level of capability in English language including grammar, spelling and punctuation
· Strong editorial skills including the ability to review, mark-up and proof check publications
· Excellent people and customer service skills in working with team members, external parties, and members
This is a part-time position, 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday) and is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation with strong values and a highly professional team and collaborative work environment. Some flexibility to include work from home days.
