Who We Are

Pulse Child Care Crew is Sydney's go-to solution for childcare staffing. We connect centers with quality casual and permanent educators to cover urgent shifts and long-term needs. As part of the Acacium Group, a global leader in healthcare and childcare staffing, we pair local expertise with serious operational firepower. We're looking for a Senior Allocator to be part of our shift desk – working with our clients to fill their shifts quickly and accurately whilst supporting our educator pool.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage strong relationships with childcare center clients – you'll be their first call when they need cover.
  • Get to know our educators – their skills, availability, and where they like to work – so you can match the right person to the right shift.
  • Take incoming shift requests and allocate educators quickly and accurately.
  • Proactively monitor outstanding requests and fill gaps fast.
  • Partner with the candidate services team to grow our educator pool.
  • Track client bookings and educator allocations using our tech platforms, making sure data is accurate and up to date.

Who You Are

  • 3-4 years in shift-based recruitment or workforce allocation.
  • Experience in the childcare sector is a must.
  • Confident communicator who is happy to pick up the phone to clients and educators.
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and calm under pressure – you like a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with scheduling/CRM systems.
