We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Desktop Support | Site Support Technician for this onsite role to join a high-performing IT team providing essential Desktop support across Sydney. You'll work directly with end users and systems, resolving technical issues, improving service delivery, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple locations.

What You'll Do

  • Provide onsite and remote IT support across hardware, software, and network issues
  • Troubleshoot Windows OS, Exchange, Active Directory, DHCP, VMware, and related technologies
  • Manage incidents and requests via ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and great customer experience
  • Support infrastructure such as file and print servers, backup services, and endpoint security
  • Assist with system rollouts, upgrades, and IT improvement projects
  • Participate in the on-call roster to support business-critical systems after hours when required

What You'll Bring

  • Strong customer service focus and a passion for solving IT problems
  • Degree in IT (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience providing desktop and infrastructure support
  • Proficiency with Windows, Exchange, Active Directory, and ServiceNow
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle, some travel across Sydney sites required
