As a Front of House Staff member at Rashays Punchbowl, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service in a welcoming family friendly environment. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and seating customers, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and preparing drinks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor, take them to their tables, and present menus.
  • Order Management: Take food and beverage orders from customers, entering them into the POS system.
  • Food and Beverage Delivery: Serve food and drinks to tables efficiently, ensuring all items are correct and presented per procedure.
  • Table Maintenance: Regularly check on guests to ensure satisfaction, clear empty plates, and reset tables promptly for new guests.
  • Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffees, mocktails and rashakes.
  • Cleanliness and Organisation: Maintain a clean and organised dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Cash Handling: Process customer payments accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and provide change as necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and address any customer concerns or special requests promptly.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $15.10 – $30.13 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
