As a Front of House Staff member at Rashays Punchbowl, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service in a welcoming family friendly environment. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and seating customers, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and preparing drinks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor, take them to their tables, and present menus.
- **Order Management**: Take food and beverage orders from customers, entering them into the POS system.
- **Food and Beverage Delivery**: Serve food and drinks to tables efficiently, ensuring all items are correct and presented per procedure.
- **Table Maintenance**: Regularly check on guests to ensure satisfaction, clear empty plates, and reset tables promptly for new guests.
- **Drink Preparation**: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffees, mocktails and rashakes.
- **Cleanliness and Organisation**: Maintain a clean and organised dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and service stations.
- **Cash Handling**: Process customer payments accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and provide change as necessary.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and address any customer concerns or special requests promptly.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $15.10 - $30.13 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
