Casual FOH Staff — Rubyos (Newtown)

Rubyos is on the lookout for friendly, professional and motivated wait staff to join our small, vibrant team.

You have (must-haves):

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Strong wine & spirits knowledge
  • Can confidently carry 3 plates
  • Exceptional guest service: you recognise regulars, read the table, and stay two steps ahead
  • Clear communication and a team-first attitude

Bonus (nice to have):

  • Cocktail-making skills (helpful but not essential)

Role: Casual, 3–4 shifts/week (approx 15–20 hrs), incl. Friday & Saturday nights.
