Branch Customer Advisor – Banking – Townsville and Aitkenvale (3 positions available)

Positions & hours:

Customer Advisor - Aitkenvale (Mon-Fri, 30+ hours per week)

Customer Advisor - Townsville (4 days per week, NO Tuesday)

Customer Advisor, Leave and Relief - Townsville (Covering Ayr and Ingham) (Mon-Fri, 30+ hours per week)

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

  • Support NAB's Townsville and Aitkenvale branches by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.
  • Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
  • Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making so banking is simple, easy and secure.
