Make a real impact. Lead a new allied health team on Miriwoong Country (in the majestic East Kimberley region of WA).

We're seeking a dynamic allied health or nursing professional to lead our new allied health program. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will report to the Clinical Director and work collaboratively our Practice Manager, Chronic Conditions team, Workforce Cultural Safety Coordinator and other stakeholders to improve health outcomes for people with complex chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and lead, a small allied health team
  • Program management and contract compliance
  • Support integrating streamlined, coordinated multidisciplinary team care and within the broader health system
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to strengthen pathways for coordinated integrated allied health care across services and providers

About You

  • An experienced allied health or nursing professional with proven leadership and rural healthcare management
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and team-building skills
  • Experience working culturally and socially diverse communities
  • Able to start in December to commence service delivery in January 2026
