Client Support Coordinator

Toohey Reid is looking to hire a Client Services Coordinator (CSC) in a role that the successful candidate can make their own.

The CSO will work closely with the Business Services Manager to source client information in preparation for client work to be undertaken by our busy Accounting team.

Ideally, we are seeking a candidate with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills who is organised and can meet deadlines. This role will require the ability to build a strong rapport with clients and a can-do attitude.


Provide client support services in an accurate and timely fashion at the direction of both the Business Services Manager and Executive Assistant.

Maintain high-level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction in line with Toohey Reid values.

Quickly build positive and productive relationships with Toohey Reid clients and team.

Analyse and resolve client issues promptly.

Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Utilise effective problem solving and time management skills in client service operations.

Develop process improvements to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.

Knowledge of Superannuation fund processes.

Knowledge of ASIC and corporate compliance management.

Execute Job workflows efficiently.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
