About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and reliable Senior Tyre Technician to join the ANL Tyres team. This role suits someone who knows the job, works hard, takes pride in their work, and doesn't need chasing to get things done.

You'll handle fitting, repairs, and maintenance for truck, bus, and earthmover tyres, both in-shop and on-site. You'll also help train newer techs, uphold quality standards, and represent the brand with professionalism and pride.


What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 3–5+ years in commercial or OTR tyre fitting.
  • Attitude: Self-motivated, accountable, calm under pressure, and focused on getting it right the first time.
  • Work Ethic: Prepared to start early, stay until the job's done, and take ownership of your results.
  • Professionalism: Reliable, polite, and takes pride in presentation on and off-site.
  • Team Player: Works well with others and contributes to a positive, respectful team culture.
  • Work Authorisation: Australian work authorisation required for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fit, repair, rotate, and balance truck and earthmover tyres.
  • Diagnose and resolve tyre issues efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure tools are in top condition.
  • Train and support junior technicians where required.
  • Manage stock and assist with invoicing as needed.
  • Uphold ANL Tyres' high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer care.

What You'll Need
  • Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing (or equivalent experience).
  • Current C-Class Driver's Licence (MR/HR an advantage).
  • Forklift licence (LF) preferred, or willingness to obtain.
  • Strong focus on safety and doing the job right the first time.
