JAX Tyres & Auto is seeking a high-performing, motivated Store Manager to lead our Liverpool Store. - Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of automotive technicians, front-of-house staff, and apprentices.
- Driving sales and service targets while managing budgets, inventory, and operational KPIs.
- Ensuring workplace safety, efficiency, and compliance across all store operations.
- Building long-term customer relationships and championing JAX Tyres & Auto's trusted brand.
- Implementing and optimising systems and processes for maximum efficiency and profitability.

What You'll Bring
- 2+ years' experience in a Store Manager, 2IC, or similar retail/automotive leadership role.
- Strong mechanical and automotive knowledge.
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
- Confidence managing daily store operations, inventory, and performance metrics.
- Current driver's licence.
- Availability to work Saturdays (7:45am - 3pm).
