About the Role

MSS Security is currently seeking a dedicated Weighbridge Operator to join our team. This role is primarily focused on maintaining a strong security presence while remaining vigilant and attentive at all times.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct weighbridge operation and vehicle checks
  • Visitor and contractor access register control
  • Locking and unlocking of premises
  • Respond to emergency incidents on site
  • Monitor and respond to Alarms
  • Induct regular visitors and contractors prior to site entry
  • Monitor CCTV cameras
  • Use computer systems and maintain databases as required
  • Environmental Management and spill response

Skills & Experience

  • Current QLD Security License – unarmed as a minimum (must be willing to obtain)
  • Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations – (must be willing to obtain)
  • QLD drivers' license
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Current CPR certificate
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and computer use
