Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for your clients and the person who keeps the work moving internally. You'll manage your own portfolio, collaborate with senior leaders on larger accounts, and build the capability needed to step into a Senior Account Manager role. This suits someone with 2–4 years of agency experience who's ready for more ownership and broader client exposure.
What You'll Do
Be the person clients rely on
- Build strong, steady relationships
- Get to the heart of what clients need, not just what's written in the brief
Keep campaigns moving
- Turn briefs into clear, actionable plans
- Coordinate Media, Creative and Insights so delivery feels cohesive
- Manage timelines, approvals and reporting
Manage the creative process
- Brief and review assets with our Creative & Projects team
- Keep versions organised and delivery on schedule
Stay across the commercial side
- Track budgets, scopes and profitability
- Flag changes early and support invoicing
Contribute thinking, not just execution
- Bring client insight into strategy discussions
- Identify opportunities to optimise or extend campaigns
What You'll Bring:
- 2–4 years' account management experience in advertising, media, or digital agencies.
- Strong understanding of media campaigns (digital, social, OOH); creative exposure is a plus.
- Commercial acumen, comfortable managing budgets and scopes.
- Confident communicator and presenter who builds trust with clients and colleagues.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Resilient and solutions-focused when priorities shift.
- Ambitious to progress into a Senior Account Manager role as we grow.
