The Opportunity: Consultant

This is an exceptional role for an ambitious professional looking to contribute directly to both project success and overall business growth. As a Consultant, you will operate as a core member of the delivery team, supporting Senior Management in executing projects while ensuring all activities align with the company's vision and innovative philosophies.

Key Responsibilities & Project Delivery

You will be responsible for driving project outcomes and supporting core business activities, including:

• Project Leadership: Lead the successful delivery of single or multiple projects in close collaboration with the Senior Management Team.
• Technical Coordination: Coordinate discipline-specific activities, including project estimating, detailed cost analysis, and management plans.
• Client Management: Assist in client briefings, project delivery coordination, reporting, and tactfully communicating sensitive project information.
• Quality Assurance: Manage assigned projects efficiently, ensuring scope and detail strictly align with proposals and upholding best practice documentation.
• Business Alignment: Contribute to overall business activities, proactively manage time, and adhere to internal quality and cost-consciousness standards.
• Compliance: Maintain thorough knowledge of company project types and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Essential Technical Skills & Experience

• Education: Tertiary degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Software Proficiency: Skilled user of relevant discipline-specific IT software (e.g., Cost X, Expert Estimation, MS Project, Primavera P6), in addition to the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional Ambition: Desire to grow within the company, supported by student membership or professional registration with relevant bodies (e.g., Engineers Australia, AIQS, RICS).
