The Opportunity

Here at ROUSSOS Recruitment, we have partnered with a well-established contractor who demonstrates a unique approach to construction management with a strong focus on client and stakeholder communication. Due to the ongoing growth of the business, this company is now seeking a self-motivated and driven Project Manager to join their team.

With ongoing projects across SA the organisation partners with repeat private and government clients. Project sectors include commercial and residential mid-rise, industrial, sports, health, government, retail and education. There upcoming project pipeline focuses on commercial construction with project values varying from $3M - $5M.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will report directly to the SA State Manager and collaborate closely with a knowledgeable and driven team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial concept to successful completion
  • Create and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders through effective communication and regular reporting
  • Coordinate efforts with internal and external consultant teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with building legislation, quality standards, and performance metrics
  • Efficiently managing project budgets and timelines while upholding high-quality standards
  • Maintain meticulous documentation to facilitate effective contract administration and project management support service

The Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this role, you will hold relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or an equivalent trade background, along with a proven track record of delivering projects valued at $500K+. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills are paramount for driving processes and fostering collaboration within the team. For the right candidate, this role presents a clear pathway to advancing into a Senior Project Management position.
