About the Role

As Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of your store, leading a team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, safety compliance, inventory accuracy, and financial success. Your ability to foster a cohesive team environment and deliver results will be key.

This is a full-time, permanent role that requires a proactive, solutions-focused approach and a passion for people and process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a fleet of Mobile Service Tyre fitters

  • Lead and coach a team to achieve sales targets and high service standards

  • Manage store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards

  • Oversee inventory control and conduct regular stocktakes

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong supplier relationships

  • Supervise tyre fitting and service activities, providing technical guidance as needed

  • Monitor staff performance and promote a culture of continuous improvement

  • Represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions

Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing a retail, commercial store or industrial site

  • Ability to drive efficient, process-based operations

  • Background in tyres/automotive sales or service (desirable but not essential)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills

  • Valid Driver's Licence (essential)

  • Forklift Licence and Certificate II in Tyre Fitting (desirable)
