**Roles/Responsibilities**
- Monitoring fleet tyre performance, addressing damage, and wear issues.
- Troubleshooting issues like wheel balancing, tyre, wheel, and rim damage, and wear.
- Conducting rotations, pressure checks, balancing, and puncture repairs.
- Upholding the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Adhering to company and industry standards, policies, and procedures.
- Completion of relevant documentation & maintenance of a clean and organised work area.

**Essential Skills & Experience**
- Tyre fitting experience, ideally truck/commercial.
- Valid driver's licence & reliable transport.
- Valid Australian working rights.
- Highly desirable: MR or HR Driver's Licence, Forklift Licence, Certificate II in Tyre Fitting, OTR & Heavy vehicle experience._
