The Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our ever-growing team based in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs – Somerton. In the role, you will be thoroughly trained on a variety of tasks to be performed throughout the caravan assembly process to our standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working collaboratively within a team environment
  • Following standard operating procedures and achieve cycle times
  • Always follow Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
  • Collaborating with other team members and communicate effectively to ensure efficiency and productivity of operations, escalation matters which may create risk or quality issues
  • Monitoring own work with respect to compliance with all relevant regulations and statutory requirements to minimise Snowy River's risk exposure and liabilities
  • Ability to use hand and power tools to complete caravan assembly and accessory fit off
  • Physically fit and able to work on your feet all shift

You will be rewarded with:

  • Starting salary entry level $24.50 – $29 per hour depending on experience + super
  • Standard work hours 6.30am – 3pm Monday to Friday plus regular overtime
  • Permanent work with on-the-job training from A-Z
  • Scheduled RDO program
  • Monthly BBQ, Employee of the Month
