About the role

Jayco Adelaide is seeking a dedicated Caravan Repairer / Service Technician to join our skilled team in West Beach, South Australia. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing our high-quality Jayco caravans, ensuring our customers receive the best possible care and experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conduct regular inspections, diagnostics and repairs on caravans to the highest industry standards
  2. Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing & warranty repairs on caravans and motorhomes.
  3. Maintain detailed records of all work carried out
  4. Work collaboratively with the wider service team to deliver efficient and effective caravan repair solutions
  5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of repair and maintenance processes

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant trade qualifications in caravan or automotive repairs
  2. Minimum 3 years' experience as a caravan technician
  3. Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of caravan systems and components
  4. Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
  5. Customer service focused with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
  6. Organised and detail-oriented with a commitment to safety
  7. Adaptable and able to work effectively in a team environment
