Female Support Worker- Farsi speaking

About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable female support worker who can speak Farsi to assist clients in the Mount Druitt area. You will provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and wellbeing.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and domestic assistance
  • Support with community access and transport
  • Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks
  • Offer companionship and culturally sensitive support
  • Follow care plans and report any changes in client needs

Requirements:

  • Must be female and fluent in Farsi
  • Previous experience in disability, aged care, or support work preferred
  • Current Police Check, WWCC (Working With Children Check), and First Aid/CPR
  • NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
  • Driver's licence and reliable vehicle desirable
