Hi, we looking for Support Workers to join us in our home in Mt Gambier, where we live.

About the Role

  • Casual with 24/7 passive shifts.
  • Working with us and being part of our household, while respecting everyone's space.
  • No one-size-fits-all – we need someone who can listen, adapt, and be real.

About You

Highly Experienced working in disability support

  • Minimum 1 Year of Disability Support Work Experience
  • Experience in Complex Behaviours
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability or equivalent qualification
