About Us:

Mates Gym is a supportive and growing fitness community committed to helping members achieve their goals in a safe and empowering environment. With increasing demand from our female member base, we're looking for a trainer who can provide expert guidance and a motivating experience.

Role Overview:

We're seeking a passionate Personal Trainer with a strong interest or background in women's health and fitness. You'll deliver tailored training sessions, design programs, and support clients throughout their journey.

Key Details:

  • No rent required – you will be paid per hour
  • Work with an existing client base seeking women's fitness support
  • Flexible working hours in a welcoming environment

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one and small group sessions tailored to women's fitness goals
  • Design effective training and lifestyle programs
  • Build positive relationships and support members' progress
  • Contribute to a friendly, empowering gym culture

What We're Looking For:

  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
  • Passion for women's health and fitness
  • Friendly, approachable, and motivating personality
  • Ability to inspire confidence and create a safe training environment
