  • Drive sales growth and maximise bar profitability

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bar management or senior hospitality operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Sound financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
