Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the bar and front-of-house team to deliver high-quality service
  • Manage daily bar operations, including staffing, rostering, performance management, and cash handling
  • Implement and monitor operational procedures, including service standards, reporting, and compliance
  • Oversee stock control, ordering, inventory management, and cost efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, gaming regulations, food safety, and workplace health and safety
  • Manage security staff, ensuring a safe environment for guests and employees
  • Oversee gaming operations, ensuring compliance and profitability
  • Coordinate and manage entertainment, including live music, events, and promotions
  • Promote and market the venue to increase patronage and revenue
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to optimise service and operational improvements
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Drive sales growth and maximise bar profitability

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bar management or senior hospitality operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Sound financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
