About the roleAn exciting opportunity exists for you as a People & Culture Advisor, to join the NSW Crown Solicitor's Office (CSO) People & Culture team.
As a key HR partner to managers and employees, you will provide accurate and timely advice and support in the management and resolution of operational people's matters.
You will be responsible for staying up-to-date with public sector and CSO policies and procedures, managing the CSO establishment, responding to queries regarding the full employee lifecycle, partnering with the CSO's payroll shared services provider, monitoring employee data, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies and guidelines.

Essential requirements
Tertiary qualifications in human resource management or equivalent relevant experience.

You communicate effectively and have high attention to detail.
You have experience using human resource information systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors etc.).
You can build effective relationships by working collaboratively with others.
