Join a well-established food manufacturing company known for delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient service across the warehouse.

About the Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating warehouse activities, managing customer-facing interactions, and providing administrative support. This role suits someone organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer-facing tasks, enquiries, and service requests
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently using SAP
  • Maintain inventory records and assist with stock control
  • Support daily warehouse operations and dispatch
  • Provide general administrative support to the Warehouse Manager and team
  • Ensure compliance with WHS and food safety requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a warehouse coordination or admin-support role
  • SAP experience is essential
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to start between 6 AM and 8 AM
