The School Buy In Senior Speech Pathologist, plays a crucial role within the Student Support Services School Buy-ln Team, which works in partnership with preschool and school leadership to develop tailored and accountable school-based allied health projects. As a member of this team, the School Buy-In Senior Speech Pathologist contributes contemporary speech pathology expertise and specialist advice to school improvement initiatives.
Student Support Services are on a culturally responsive journey, as such we value and prioritise Aboriginal ways of knowing, doing and being.
This leadership position provides project support, line management and professional supervision to allied health buy-in providers. It also involves maintaining oversight of projects to ensure they align with the intended outcomes. As a member of the School Buy-ln leadership team, this position utilises evaluation and data analysis processes to maintain professional and service standards and inform state-wide service
Qualifications
Essential: An appropriate degree or equivalent which gives eligibility for full membership to Speech Pathology Australia.
Desirable: Current Practising member with Speech Pathology Australia with Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status.
Remuneration
AHP3 $108,347 - $116,216 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) + leave loading and applicable allowances.
