About the Role

As a Branch Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Beresfield branch — leading a dedicated team across sales, warehousing, and customer service. You'll ensure the branch operates safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, while building a strong, engaged, and performance-driven team culture.

Reporting to the Regional Branch Manager, you'll contribute to local growth plans, deliver on key sales and operational targets, and uphold ATOM's commitment to exceptional service and safety.

Skills & Experience

· Proven leadership experience in sales, warehousing, or customer service operations.

· Strong sales and commercial acumen with a focus on achieving targets.

· Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

· Sound understanding of inventory, logistics, and safety practices.

· Confident using CRM and business systems to manage performance.

· A positive, hands-on leader who thrives in a team-focused environment.
