The TAS HR team is expanding, and we're looking for a dynamic, passionate, and forward-thinking Senior Human Resources Officer (Advisor) to take on an exciting new role.

What You'll Do:As a trusted HR Advisor, you'll work closely with the Head of People & Culture and HR Officer to:
- Lead employee casework and provide expert HR/IR advice
- Drive strategic initiatives in engagement, wellbeing, and cultural transformation
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development
- Contribute to policy development and HR compliance
- Enable leadership capability through operational excellence
You'll use your people-first mindset, emotional intelligence, and HR know-how to build strong relationships across the school, guiding leaders and supporting staff through every stage of the employee lifecycle. Your work will directly contribute to a thriving, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
What You Bring:- Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent
- 5+ years in an HR roles, with strong coaching, casework and EBA/Award interpretation experience
- Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills
- Confidence to stay ahead of legislative changes and advise leadership
- Tech-savvy with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
- Work across two beautiful campuses in Far North Queensland (main office at White Rock)
