About the RoleIn this role, you'll manage the end-to-end implementation process for new and existing customers, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to support. You'll work closely with internal teams (Sales, Accounts, Training, Support) and external stakeholders (customers, IT providers) to coordinate software deployments, training schedules, and data migrations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and scheduling software implementations and training resources
- Managing customer expectations and providing best practice advice
- Preparing practices for onboarding by clarifying roles and requirements
- Communicating risks, delays, and priorities to stakeholders
- Supporting technical data migration and managing customer data across systems
- Building strong relationships across the business and with customers
You're a proactive and organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working with people, solving problems, and making things happen. You're tech-savvy, customer-focused, and ready to take ownership of implementation projects.
You'll bring:
- Experience in customer service, sales, or training (health or tech industry experience a plus)
