Customer Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer operations department, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless order management and billing processes, resolving any exceptions in a timely and efficient manner. You will also develop and maintain processes and procedures to support standard operating protocols within customer operations.
In addition, you will coordinate and oversee the delivery of key functions, including work allocation where required, to ensure customer expectations are met. Establishing and maintaining relationships with network providers and metering coordinators is also essential to ensure timely transfers, consistent meter data delivery, and timely completion of service orders that provide exceptional service to our customers.
You will identify improvements to existing business processes and systems and assist in developing acceptable solutions to enhance customer service and performance of customer operations. Additionally, you will run operational reporting as required and manage special projects allocated by the leadership team.
