We seek a reliable, motivated and enthusiastic trainee to join our Patient Accounts department based at our Subiaco Administration office, in the role of Trainee Collections Officer.

In this position your key responsibility is to work as part of the Collections team by ensuring all monies are collected from outstanding accounts from patients, insurance companies and employers.

This position is ideal for a school leaver wanting to start their working career.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills - particularly over the telephone
- Strong customers service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people
- High level attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively in a team
- Be computer literate
- A quick learner; and
- A consistent **Patients First. **attitude

Those with prior credit/collections experience are **encouraged** to apply.

This position is Full Time, 75 hours per fortnight.
