Take the Lead in Audit Excellence – Internal Audit Manager

In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end audit process, providing assurance and advisory support while engaging with stakeholders across our retail and supply chain operations. Your key responsibilities include:
- Lead and deliver internal audits across a wide range of business areas, including supply chain, retail operations, finance, compliance, and IT.
- Develop and present risk-based audit plans, scope documents, and reporting in line with Internal Audit methodologies and professional standards.
- Provide practical recommendations to strengthen governance, risk management, and internal controls.
- Partner with functional leaders across the business to drive improvements and add value beyond assurance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies, tools, and reporting practices.
- Play an active role in building a strong audit culture, in a flexible work environment.
About You…We are looking for an Internal Audit professional who thrives in a hands-on, lean team environment where agility, collaboration, and professional judgment are key.
You will bring:
- Strong communication skills, professional curiosity, and enthusiasm.
- Experience in Internal Audit, either within industry (retail/supply chain preferred) or professional services (Big 4 / mid-tier firm).
- Strong understanding of risk management, governance, and internal control frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage the end-to-end audit cycle, including stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to translate technical audit findings into practical business solutions.
- CA/CPA, CIA, or other relevant professional qualification.
