Job Description

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients within the smart home and interior design sectors.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to expand professional networks.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Junior Account Manager Should Have

  • A background in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Experience working within the interior design or smart home sector is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver's licence.
