At Ordermentum, our mission is simple: create a more sustainable food & beverage industry by helping venues and suppliers trade smarter. Since 2014, we've built a network of over 46,000 venues e.g. cafes, restaurants and bars ordering $1.5B+ annually from 1,000+ local suppliers.

We're now looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our Supplier team. This is a senior sales role for someone with strong consultative selling skills, a track record in SaaS or supplier sales, and a passion for helping food & beverage suppliers digitise and grow their businesses.

We have grown our team to over 100+ incredible people and we are still growing This role sits within our Supplier department in the sales team reporting into our GM of Sales.

Our head office is in Surry Hills Sydney, with more team members in VIC, QLD + WA. We're a bunch of fun, energetic and passionate join us

What you will do

  • Own and execute the sales strategy for your territory, deeply understanding supplier pain points and opportunities.
  • Out bound prospect, build, and manage a robust pipeline across core and emerging categories.
  • Win new suppliers by demonstrating how Ordermentum drives efficiency, growth, and financial health.
  • Build long-term relationships with decision makers and stakeholders, becoming their trusted partner.
  • Work collaboratively with onboarding and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Partner with Product and Tech teams to scope integration solutions where needed.
  • Develop and deliver quarterly forecasts and annual sales plans based on market insights.
  • Be the supplier's voice internally, sharing trends and opportunities across the business.

What you have

  • 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in mid to enterprise SaaS
  • Proven success hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • A consultative sales style with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust.
  • Strong commercial acumen - you can identify opportunities and turn insights into action.
  • Comfortable collaborating with product and technical teams on integrations and solutions.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and forecast accurately.
  • Resilience, drive, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
