Role Overview:
The Online & Media Moments Account Manager role is ideal for those seeking more autonomy and ownership of client relationships within the creative, content, and social media industry. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, day-to-day client engagement, and the delivery of best practices across a portfolio of clients across Australia and New Zealand.
You'll take ownership of projects varying in size and scope, playing a key role in the successful delivery of online and media moment campaigns, store training executions, and compliance submissions — all on time and within budget. The development focus will be on expanding your exposure to large-scale client strategies, digital and retail integration, financial management, and leadership responsibilities as you continue your career in Account Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and develop strong client and third-party stakeholder relationships.
- Successfully lead and coach internal stakeholders around project and client requirements.
- Manage multiple briefs across key milestones to deliver to tight deadlines.
- Oversee online slotting, asset submissions, and campaign timelines to ensure flawless execution of media moments and partnerships.
- Manage end-to-end store training executions and associated deliverables.
- Complete promotional submission forms and display compliance documentation.
- Maintain and coach others on best practice processes across all briefs.
- Act as a brand guardian for clients, identifying opportunities to maximise brand visibility and performance.
- Lead the end-to-end ownership of projects and client portfolios.
- Develop materials for client planning, review, and feedback sessions.
- Build client growth and campaign delivery plans across multiple markets.
- Prepare proposals and quotations for integrated campaigns.
- Oversee financial administration and budget management.
- Execute strategic campaign activities and analyse results for continuous improvement.
- Understand Tag's full capability offering and make recommendations to enhance client outcomes.
- Plan, forecast, and develop client plans in line with strategic priorities.
- Deliver clear and constructive feedback to promote high performance across the team.
- Take full ownership of client engagement and commercial success.
- Demonstrate leadership abilities, including goal setting and performance management.
- Confidently articulate strategies and present plans to internal and external stakeholders.
