Salary: $120k – $140k + Super (+ performance bonus)

Over the past few years, we've seen rapid growth online and continue to expand our product range and customer base.
At Muscle Mat, we're passionate about delivering products that enhance everyday life and creating standout customer experiences. As we scale, we're looking for CRO expert to optimise our websites and funnels.
About the RoleYou'll be the driving force behind conversion optimisation across our customer journey, from ad click through to checkout. This is a strategic + hands on role, where you'll identify friction, test solutions, and roll out improvements that directly move the needle on sales.
This will involve standard on website CRO work as well as designing flows for paid traffic.
What You'll Be Doing- Lead the CRO function across the funnel, from first click to purchase. This will be tailored to our USA, AUS and NZ sites.
- Own a program of structured testing across landing pages, product pages, CTAs, offers, and checkout flows.
- Work closely with our Growth Marketing Manager to align funnel builds with ad strategy and creative testing.
- Brief and direct designers on the ad concepts, messaging, and visuals needed to support funnel strategies.
- Use tools like GA4, GTM and CRO platforms to uncover insights and measure results.
- Ensure every optimisation balances brand tone and UX while maximising conversions.
- Build dashboards and frameworks to communicate performance learnings to the wider team.
- Translate and communicate data driven learnings into future ad and funnel strategies.
- 3+ years experience in CRO, UX strategy or growth focused web development.
- Proven record of lifting conversion rates and revenue through structured testing.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify development is preferable. Strong design is necessary.
- Deep familiarity with CRO tools and analytics systems.
- Experience working cross functionally with designers, marketers, and developers.
- A strong mix of analytical thinking and creative intuition.
- Experience with designing on Figma or similar
- Ability to technically implement the tests (preferred). We do have developers that can technically implement the tests however it is preferable to inhouse this.
