Education Leader – Early Childhood Diploma Educator – Flemington – full time

Would you love a permanent, full-time Education Leader position in Flemington?

• Full time – 5 days per week – 8 hour shifts with monthly RDO
• $36.40 to $37.50 per hour, based on your experience. Includes current 10% retention grant loading. Next increase coming in December
• PLUS Education Leader allowance $4,567 per annum
• Lead pedagogy – planning, resourcing, staff coaching and enthusiasm
• One day off the floor in most weeks
• Share opening and closing shifts – service hours are 7.00 am to 6.30 pm
• Showgrounds ELC on Epsom Road, Flemington – close to public transport, and free parking available. Supermarket nearby.
• 95%* Staff Childcare Discount (on gap between CCS and full fee)

The Showgrounds Early Learning Centre is a community-focused early learning and childcare service conveniently tucked away at the rear of a shopping precinct.
