About the Role:

  • Preparing role descriptions, job ads and interview packs with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Coordinating interviews and liaising with candidates, hiring managers and agency partners
  • Providing an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience through clear, professional communication
  • Supporting temporary agency engagements, reference checks and recruitment records management
  • Contributing to process improvements and broader People & Culture initiatives

About You:

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with adaptability in a changing environment
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality and accuracy in administration
  • Confidence in juggling multiple priorities while keeping stakeholders engaged
