This position needs to be filled URGENTLY.

About us

Morayfield family business. Selling local seafood, fish and chips and large retail section. Position is nights and weekends (weekend rates apply).

Uniforms provided. Must supply Kitchen safe Slip resistant footwear. Training provided. Rotating roster.

Qualifications & experience

  • Hospitality Management experience essential. Food Safety Certificate is favorable but not essential.
  • Busy kitchen environment. Must be able to keep up.
  • RSA required as we are licensed. Must be willing to obtain.
  • Looking after KPIs. Reporting Monthly and quarterly.
  • A passion for customer service is essential.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Setting up shift for rush (prep, planning, tills etc) Running Shift Interaction with customers Cooking. Delegation of tasks and follow up. Ensuring store is clean and stocked. Closing store including balancing tills. Must be able to give clear and concise instructions to all team members on shift.
