Representing a Leading Custom and Standard Home Builder

Our client is a growing and reputable building business with a strong presence across South Western Sydney. Known for their personalised service and high-quality homes, this locally owned builder is focused on sustainable growth and building lasting relationships with their clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated and customer-focused New Home Sales Consultant to join a progressive and expanding team.

The successful candidate will be working from a brand-new display home located in a prominent display village in South Western Sydney, offering excellent exposure and strong enquiry volumes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and convert qualified leads into new home sales.
  • Build strong relationships with land agents, developers, and referral partners.
  • Conduct siting and customisation of standard plans to suit various lots and overlays.
  • Prepare detailed, client-focused quotations.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management.
  • Achieve sales targets and meet KPIs.
  • Weekend work will be required.
