Your Opportunity
To join a dynamic, passionate and inspirational team of school leaders who are driven to deliver outstanding learning outcomes for our students, by building the capacity of our teachers. Our focus is English in 2025, in particular, the consistent and precise delivery of Instructional pedagogies In Reading. Our Annual Implementation Plan 2025 is attached for your consideration.
Your Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated capacity to provide curriculum leadership leading to the achievement of quality learning outcomes for all students
- High level understanding of Instructional Methodology in the Teaching of Reading
- High level knowledge of Version 9 Australian Curriculum - English & Mathematics
- High level of Data Literacy supporting ongoing analysis & response to student data
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to develop and sustain productive relationships within and beyond the school community.
- Leading a Professional Learning agenda involving coaching, mentoring and/ or instructional rounds.
- Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a professional learning team.
- High level communication skills that promote a positive and engaging professional learning environment.
